About Us
Established in 2007, the Fore Our Schools Foundation grew from Moraga school parents wanting to create an event in which camaraderie, community support, and fun would generate funds for their schools. Parents representing the Moraga elementary schools, local merchants, and Moraga Country Club joined forces to create the 1st Annual Fore Our Schools Golf Tournament in 2008.
Our Mission
The Fore Our Schools Foundation organizes community events to raise funds to support the public schools within Moraga. Through these events, we foster community support and commitment to the education of our children.
Fore Our Schools Foundation is a qualified 501(c) (3) non-profit organization and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law (Tax ID# 26-1806430).
The success and community camaraderie generated from the annual Fore Our Schools Golf Tournament led the parents to create other events in support of the Moraga School District and Moraga Education Foundation.

The Moraga Education Foundation was founded in 1981 by a group of parents who recognized that it was up to the local community to make sure our public schools have the resources they need to deliver an excellent education for our children. MEF continues to be led by volunteers today. We invite you to join us in achieving our mission!
